So the In the Mood for Love recreation keeps getting pushed on account of scheduling conflicts, and it's time to catch up. This means I'm working on two photos this week (also film stills). One of them is inspired by our recent noir shoot.

Another photo with just one light, but completely different, we'll see.

The light setup basically remained the same as the sketch, though I did play with the angle of the reflector a little bit. Dialed down the colors and made it a little softer in Lightroom.

Assignment 2 - realized

Because I decided to take advantage of the lighting setup for a video project, I ended up using a mix of continuous light and strobes. I finally replaced the original strobe in front of the model with a dimmer kino light. I also used dedolights and a kino with an orange gel to light the background.
